A parent or legal guardian, who has purchased the course in the name of the minor, confirms that the exercise of the course takes place at the child's own risk. The provider of "online capoeira" is not liable for damage or injury. The parents also indemnify the association "ideal capoeira" or "online capoeira" from all claims for damages which may be made by the minor. Safety instructions as stated in the video are with clicking on "i agree - continue to the videos" understood and noted.
